Luke recently joined FLEXSPACE as an Investment Analyst. Among other things, he will be working intimately in the due diligence process for land acquisitions along with underwriting new opportunities for FLEXSPACE. Luke brings a wealth of experience and is adept at wearing many investment hats. Most recently, he was managing underwriting and the closing process for new acquisitions of commercial retail properties with a preeminent owner/operator in the Southeast.
A native of Illinois, Luke migrated to Charleston, South Carolina where he graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor’s in Finance, and a minor in Real Estate. When Luke’s not crunching the numbers, he’s on the golf course, cooking up something delicious, or spending time with friends and family.
