The project: A major home & decor retailer is upfitting a two-story, 36,620-square-foot retail space in Charlotte. The design includes two floors which will feature a showroom, stockroom, breakroom, office space, and restrooms.
The Installation:
The FLEXSPACE Low Voltage/IT Networking team will be completing a wide range of installations including:
- Low voltage wiring and new conduits for HVAC/lighting controls
- Speaker system
- CCTV cameras using CAT6 video cabling
- Data drops to support Aps, intercoms, security devices
- MDF racks with wire management systems
- Demolition of old wiring/conduits
