We’re looking forward to connecting with you at this week’s annual convention in Tampa, Florida. Here’s a little about us: FLEXSPACE was founded over 10 years ago with a single focus—to revolutionize industrial storage capacity through semi-automated solutions like mobile racking systems and pallet shuttles.
For more than 50 years, European organizations have maximized their storage with mobile racking systems. When we launched in the United States in 2015, these systems were relatively new, with only a handful of heavy-duty installations. Today, over 25% of the country’s largest cold storage 3PL organizations are utilizing FLEXSPACE Mobile Racking Systems in their warehouses (1).
Our installations go far beyond 3PL cold storage. Food manufacturers and processors, printers, pharmaceutical companies, and aerospace organizations have all maximized their cubic storage while reducing their building footprint—lowering overhead and ongoing land-related expenses. Ultimately, FLEXSPACE Mobile Racking Systems help clients optimize profitability per pallet position, thus putting them in a strong competitive position and enabling greater reinvestment in their businesses.
Today, our portfolio of densification solutions has expanded. In addition to mobile racking systems, we design, install, and support Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs), ASRS, and conventional racking systems. Our expertise in installing complex electromechanical systems has led to a dedicated service arm—Low Voltage & IT Networking (LV/IT Networking). From industrial warehouses and medical office buildings to retail spaces, our expert LV/IT Networking team installs cabling, complex networks, and security systems.
Throughout the years, we’ve never lost our entrepreneurial spirit and energy. Phrases like “that’s how it’s always been done” and “not my job” are aggressively frowned upon. We’re a small team with a strong network and an ethos of hard work and getting the job done right the first time.
