FLEXSPACE Honored as One of the Top 25 Fastest Growing Companies in South Carolina

FLEXSPACE, an organization whose vision is to look at industrial space differently and revolutionize the approach of how to solve the capacity challenge, has been named one of the fastest growing companies in South Carolina by The Capital Corporation, and co-sponsored by the HUB International Carolinas, the Pebble Group at Morgan Stanley, and Integrated Media Publishing. FLEXSPACE ranks fourth on the 2021 SC 25 Fastest Growing Companies® list.
Over the past three years, FLEXSPACE reported consistent fast-paced revenue and employment growth which was especially noteworthy given 2020’s unprecedented economic and supply chain challenges during the pandemic. Since its founding in 2014, FLEXSPACE has experienced triple-digit annual growth and foresees continued hyper-growth for the next five years both in revenue and talent expansion. As FLEXSPACE continues to realize organic growth, it will also expand into a vertically i

ntegrated enterprise to help solve the insufficient capacity of food storage.
“We are honored to be recognized as the fourth fastest growing company in South Carolina which is a testament to our team’s vision, vast skill sets, and ability to execute the vision,” said Todd Jessup, Principal and Founder, FLEXSPACE. “There is an expansive need to create warehouses that are more efficient in their use of land, energy, labor, and storage capacity. As the world’s population continues to grow, challenges abound – ability to efficiently move goods (notably perishable); labor and truck driver shortages have become more pronounced; and land scarcity to store goods near where they are consumed – have contributed to bottlenecks. Our growing team is uniquely skilled to tackle these challenges.”

Now in its 20th year, SC 25 Fastest Growing Companies®, was founded to honor the state’s most dynamic businesses and their co

ntributions to our state’s economic vitality. This competition recognizes the achievements of top-performing private and publicly-owned companies that have contributed to South Carolina’s economy through exceptional increases in revenues and employment.
In 2021, companies were judged using a weighted calculation based on year-over-year growth in revenue and employee headcount. This calculation covered the annual periods from 2018 to 2020. These measurements portray positive change and true growth in any company without regard to industry.
