FLEXSPACE Named to South Carolina’s Top Workplace List

FLEXSPACE, a leader in revolutionizing industrial space capacity, has been named to South Carolina’s 2023 Top Workplace list, ranking #2 in this year’s list. FLEXSPACE was recognized for its deep commitment to building an exceptional, people-centric workplace culture.

Todd Jessup, FLEXSPACE President, was also recognized as the Top Workplaces for Leadership award which celebrates organizational leaders who inspire confidence in employees and the company direction. Organizations on the list were selected from those that had participated in Top Workplace’s employee survey process, representing the voices of over 23 million employees across the country. The views of FLEXSPACE professionals contributed to FLEXSPACE’s #2 ranking and Leadership award.

Since 2006, Energage – an independent technology and research company behind the Top Workplaces program- has ranked companies and organizations based on an employee survey that captures responses on 15 culture drivers that are critical to organizational success. The South Carolina Top Workplace awards are presented by Integrated Media Publishing, which publishes Greenville Business Magazine, Columbia Business Monthly, and Charleston Business Magazine. Ranked across three size bands, FLEXSPACE participated in the “small company” category of South Carolina Top Workplace 2023 companies.
