We are pleased to announce that Bobby Degregorio has joined FLEXSPACE as Head of Strategic Growth. Bobby brings nearly 30 years of distinguished service across both the private sector and the U.S. Air Force, where he currently holds the rank of Colonel in the Reserves and has been nominated by the President of the United States to Brigadier General. His career has been defined by integrity, operational excellence, and a consistent record of building high-performing teams and long-term partnerships. Most recently, Bobby served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth at ESI Group USA, a leader in the design-build of automated and conventional industrial warehouses for cold storage distribution and pharmaceutical and food manufacturing — experience that translates directly to the work we do at FLEXSPACE.
In his new role, Bobby will lead growth initiatives across FLEXSPACE’s portfolio of high-density storage and retrieval systems, as well as our recently launched low voltage and IT network division. He will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships and expanding our presence in sectors that are underserved and primed for growth. Bobby is a “go-to, get-it-done asset” for our team, our employees, and our customers. We are confident that his leadership will accelerate the next chapter of FLEXSPACE’s growth, and we look forward to the momentum ahead.
